TLDR; All U.S orders have the customs duty (tariff charges) included in the price paid at checkout, there should be no extra customs duty charges paid by the customer after this.

Hi everyone,

Well, it was a mad dash to adjust to the end of the de minimis exemption in the U.S, but thankfully we only paused sending mail for 3 days in the end. There's been some confusion around what this means and some understandable concern from U.S based customers about getting extra charges for their parcels. I just want to clear this up: U.S customers will not be charged any extra customs duty fees when their parcel reaches the U.S, all customs charges ( tariff charges )are included in the amount you pay at checkout.

This is because the new shipping system works in a way that we purchase a PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) service, which allows us to pay any customs fees due for an order, through our mailing provider, to the customs branch of the U.S government.

For Crossbow Planner Co., this has actually mean that we can now reduce our shipping charges to the U.S as our mailing provider has simplified the fees! So:

  • Orders under approx $70 will be charged approx $11
  • Orders between approx $70 to $140 will be charged $6
  • Orders above $140 will be shipped free of charge

As well as this, all orders to the U.S are sent tracked now.

We're ready to ship your 2026 planner and organisation goods out, with the best shipping service we've provided for U.S customers ever!
