Unfortunately, we are not able to create custom orders, or offer printed versions of printable inserts upon request.

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at hello@crossbowplannerco.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the order for you.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated and will be added at checkout.

We hope you will love your new planner goodies, but if you would like to return your order for any reason, please email hello@crossbowplannerco.com within 30 days of receipt, along with your order number and name, to start the returns process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Until the item arrives back to us, we cannot process a refund, so you may wish to add tracking to your return shipment.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition in order to be refundable.

Once the items have arrived back to us in their original condition, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. However, if you order the wrong planner size, you are welcome to return the unused inserts to us for a refund so that you can re-order the correct size.

This depends on where your order is being delivered:

UK orders:
There are no customs or import charges.

US orders:
We send US orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, with applicable import duties and tariffs prepaid. This means you should not normally be asked to pay customs duties or standard customs clearance charges when your order arrives.

EU orders:
For qualifying orders up to €150, VAT is collected at checkout through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). This means you should not normally be asked to pay VAT again when your order arrives. Orders above the IOSS threshold may be subject to local import charges.

All other international orders:
Your country’s customs authority may apply import tax, customs duty or a carrier handling fee when your parcel arrives. These charges are set and collected locally, so they are not included in the price paid to Crossbow Planner Co and are the customer’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict exactly whether a charge will be applied or how much it will be. Should you receive a charge that you believe is incorrect, please send us a photograph of the customs notice and we will be happy to help you check it.
